The 3 Villas in the tower share a pool built specifically for them, covered with Sukabumi stone, from volcanic stones from Indonesia that, on contact with water acquire a splendid emerald green color.
La Villa Yucatan.
Located in the lower part of the property, it has a private pool, also covered with Sukabumi. The entrance walls and the back wall of the hall were covered with Can Cun White Stone in honor of its name.
Casa Oaxaca.
The large entrance to the house formed with platforms ends in a patio planter where you can enjoy a pleasant natural shade of the sunrise at sunset and view of the massif of palm trees, Lion claws, ferns and large leafy plants that will make you feel in the natural jungle of the area.
The master bedroom shares space with a private TV room large windows leading to a large terrace and partial sea view.2 large wooden closets of Rosa Morada.The guest bedroom with full closet and 2 large windows overlooking the massive plants. Full bathroom in entrance hall.
La Villa Chiapas.
It offers partial sea view. The fabulous Villa Puebla sea view and laundry.
Garage for 2 cars with electric motor – Independent entrance for the Villas in Torre and another for entrance to Villa Yucatan and Casa Oaxaca.
The 3 pools have heating and the property with solar panels and high speed WiFi. All exterior furniture of Italian design and manufacture.
